I was an NRI from Botswana when I Visited Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) Ashram first time, introduced by my sister Lakshmi Nanduri, during March 2018 and stayed for about 10 days to experience YPV techniques and healing to find solutions to my conditions of low physical energy, severe constipation, and musculoskeletal pains in legs and feet. I am a chronic diabetes patient and had also undergone cardiac bypass surgery years ago. I had previously explored the usual Allopathic route for help but without much success. In these 10 days of intervention I found that daily practices of full fruit diet taken once a day, physical & breathing exercises, meditation and healing sessions eased those conditions a lot. Further to it, I recently stayed in the Ashram for nearly 2 ½ months (March-May, 2020), and experienced live intensive sessions daily thrice, that boosted my energy level very high, improved digestion, and reduced constipation. Now I stopped BP medication and reduced diabetes medication too. Having experienced it myself, I am practicing daily and canvassing to other people explaining the merits and simplicity of YPV techniques. One fact I realised is, that it is vitally important to practice physical exercises and breathing exercises thrice daily, more so by senior citizens like me, to gain and maintain high levels of immunity from communicable diseases such as COVID 19. I thankfully acknowledge these improvements in my case to Sri N J Reddy Sir, the founder of Yoga Prana Vidya, for his strong advocacy backed with decades of dedicated experience in improving and transforming many lives through Yoga Prana Vidya.
